I recently purchased a beautiful 2010 H-D softail custom from Chuck Powers at Star Auto Sales.
I can recommend Star Auto Sales highly. Chuck was honest, courteous, efficient and some one I would do business with again. He had just the bike I was looking for which I found on ChopperExchange.com. Chuck insisted on paying for the pre- purchase evaluation on the bike at the local Harley Dealer. He has a notary next door who took care of the title transfer and temporary plate very efficiently. Most of Chuck's customers are, no doubt, locals, but I drove 460 miles from Massachusetts and am very glad I did.

I'm in Philadelphia -- had to travel hours to pick up this motorcycle, so had the bank check ready before ever seeing it. I was pretty confident this was worth the effort because of how much detailed information Chuck provided me about the bike over the phone.  We discussed its condition and history at length and he was impressively knowledgeable.  Very fair price, he fixed a mechanical issue he found between his acquisition of the bike and his sale of it to me (and was honest about it!), and he has been riding for years so he provided some road trip advice.  I've had the bike for months now and it's in great shape -- mechanic that provided its first tune-up was impressed! If Chuck has a vehicle you may want, it's worth the trip.

I've known Chuck for about 10 years , usually as the competition & and later as a friend of similar tastes and value's o...n what we do in business and how we do it and I have respect for him ,, it is no small feat keeping a business going in this day and age ,you get your bang for the buck from Chuck !!
